Communicated back and forth with a salesman who had promised to have the car cleaned and polished ready for us to arrive between 1-2pm that Saturday we arrived at 1:15pm to find the car had been sold Thursday and we were not notified that the car had been sold after we drove 2 hours through stop and go traffic, and the best they could offer us was "aggressive" pricing on another car that did not even have what we wanted. Completely un professional and rude service that gives all of Chevy a bad name. It's one thing if someone wants the car and is going to buy but at least have the courtesy to inform your customers. Will never shop at premier Chevrolet again More
