Terrible in every sence I went for a simple oil change. Supposedly my head gasket blew right after i left, ok, i can believe that. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix it. I ne I went for a simple oil change. Supposedly my head gasket blew right after i left, ok, i can believe that. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix it. I never recieved a call from them updating ne on progress and every time i called them the phone would just endlessly ring. The rare time that somebody would answer all they could do was transfer my call to another phone that would ring endlessly. When i did finaly get through the technicians seemed to have no clue what was going on with my car. When i finnaly picked my car up they said they replaced the entire head assembly and it should be fine now. 2 weeks later and im taking my chevy back to a different dealership because of problems they probably caused. I highly recomend never going there as i will never be returning. More
