I strongly advise you to not go to Premier Chevrolet for service. I had the worst experience. The service department quoted me a price then when finished stated they misquoted me. They had my car for four d service. I had the worst experience. The service department quoted me a price then when finished stated they misquoted me. They had my car for four days and not once did they contact me regarding my car. I was the one calling them and when I asked to speak to the person handling my vehicle, always got their voicemail. It took me calling repeated times to get a reply, which was always a text. When going to get my vehicle, it was sitting out but the individual kept walking around the entire parking lot, stating they couldn’t find it. I had to point it out to him. Then they couldn’t find the car keys. Ridiculous!!My door handles were one of the estimates I had to get fixed. They were lifting from the body of the truck just a bit. The ones I decided not to get done were even worst then when I took it in. My alarm that they supposedly fixed started acting up the first night I brought it home. Which was a Saturday night so of course I can’t take it back on Sunday because they are closed. When Monday morning rolled around I thought to myself, “ Now why would I willingly put myself through that awful experience again?” Though I paid way too much for what they should have fixed correctly, I would rather take it somewhere else. Took 3hrs instead of 1.5. Service rep had bad communication with myself and his technicians. My car sat ready for 30 min after I had advised the service rep that it was ready.
