Do not go here, take your business elsewhere! My husband and I came in last week to check out a car we had seen online. We were ready to buy (cash, but they weren’t aware). We were also interested in a poss and I came in last week to check out a car we had seen online. We were ready to buy (cash, but they weren’t aware). We were also interested in a possible trade in due to the fact that they advertise “NOBODY BEATS PREMIER CHEVROLET OF BUENA PARK, NOT ON PRICE, NOT ON TRADE IN VALUE!!! WE GUARANTEE TO BEAT CARMAX TRADE IN OFFER THAT YOU HAVE IN WRITING!” We went in with two offers, one from CARMAX and one from Carvana that we had gotten within the last 7 days and in writing. This dealership offered me $4,945 less. This is false advertising and deceiving as they do not guarantee it or keep their word. (Btw I ended up trading it in to Carvana the very next day for my full quoted amount that I presented to them). They didn’t even look at how great this car was, they went based off of the VIN. And Sebastian Gomez the manager discouraged me to use Carvana or Carmax because those companies end up giving “less” once they look at the car and that the process is a hassle. That is a total lie. I had a great experience with Carvana and was paid out within 1 day. No hassles. We decided not to trade it in due to obvious reasons. But we still tried to give them a shot and proceeded with trying to purchase the car we had looked at. The “manager” Sebastian Gomez did not even try to negotiate or seem to want our business when we asked for out the door price. This manager shocked and disappointed us by not trying at all to win our business or show interest in selling us the car. Looking at different dealerships this was the only one that did not take the time to negotiate or try to make a deal with me. Bottom line, there are other dealerships that will want your business and work harder to negotiate with you and provide great customer service. This dealership lies and deceives you, by luring you in to trade your car because it’ll be “better” than carmax, but we now know it is false. I would recommend you use a different dealership and take your business elsewhere and save yourself the drive, time and a headache. I hope this review helps you find a vehicle. We are not bitter about the situation, just stating facts and saving you from a bad experience. Also hoping this feedback helps this business learn and change things as they should be More
