I went to her everything fixed on my car. They only fixed the main issues. I called on several occasions to ask for a fix on a specific area but got my car back with the same issue. They did however fix ever the main issues. I called on several occasions to ask for a fix on a specific area but got my car back with the same issue. They did however fix everything else. My experience with sales was wonderful! There was an issue after purchasing my car with the finance manager which made us feel as if we had stolen the car. The bank made the check out to my husband who issue after purchasing my car with the finance manager which made us feel as if we had stolen the car. The bank made the check out to my husband who gave it to finance on Wednesday and Friday were at work when we received calls separately from the financial manager stating the check was kicked out by the bank and a new check needed to be issued. We called State Farm Bank and had them to issue a new check. Meanwhile Cochise continued to call us while at work even stating we had a car that was not covered and if someone was to get killed.... At that point I wanted to return the car and go elsewhere. But this was my 3rd purchase there and because my salespeople were just awesome and management handled the situation we just came in with the new check which was an easy fix. Mo In service is also the best... I actually love the Ray Brandt Dodge Team! More

Mr. Clay the sales manager did not offer a payoff price for my 2016 2500 with only 21,700 miles in great condition. The survive department ordered wrong parts and didn’t know how to install a tow kit for t for my 2016 2500 with only 21,700 miles in great condition. I purchased a car on January 9, 2020. At the time of purchase, I received 1 key for the automobile. I was told to come in to the service department and have another key made asap. Due to my work schedul purchase, I received 1 key for the automobile. I was told to come in to the service department and have another key made asap. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to come in until January 18. I was immediately met at the door by Donald Clay who greeted me and asked Lance Green to escort me to the service department. The staff was so nice and courteous and my wait time was approximately 30 minutes even though 6 people were waiting ahead of me. The service at Ray Brandt Chrysler Dodge is top notch. Thanks guys!!
