I was told my perform service would be reset and it wasn’t. I had to wait way too long for an oil change I am unsure if I would recommend the service department. However, I was told, my car is too old to be repaired at the dealership that took my $26,000 and has less than 100,000 miles?! I was forced to take it somewhere else for repair and they can’t clear the code but y’all want $135 for a car you refused to fix in the first place. It makes absolutely no sense. They way I feel as a customer right now, if Matt Bowers opens a JEEP dealerships on the Southshore, I am taking my money to him!! More
