Bought my car to Ray Brandt Dodge and Jeep on the Westbank June 7 just for a routine road service trip. They told me I needed a swaybar and strut for the passenger side. I got that had a trip scheduled to go out of town on the 23rd.June got my car back on the 22 the drive was so frightening I called the dealership back to let Royal know that something was wrong with the front passenger strut. He told me he was sorry that they should have changed both struts and sway bars at the same time on the way back I scheduled an appointment with him. He made appointment for the second truck for the driver side I’ve been back there so many times from June 1 till November 2 or the third of 2023. I bought my car back there. They said that they tightened up everything I bought it to Meinicke they put it on the rack when he put it on the Rat, the front driver side fell down off the car. I had to pay for a retainer. The retainer was broke on there. I called Brian back. They told me to bring the car back that I did. They kept the car for another month have been giving me problems. I talk to Jonathan on 3 January after 3 January I think was like the fifth after everybody came back on vacation I went for him to drive the car but we drove the car and all noise that was coming from under the bottom of the car all is knocking and banging going on with my car since I bought it there. All I want is my car to be like I bought it there. I did not have any problems with any noise in my car. All I wanted was them to check for the road trip wish that I had bald head tires on the car. They never told me that I had bad tires on the car when I came back the car had baldhead ties and I had to buy a set of tires. They told me that they was going to Put more springs on the car The springs are making noise something is still loose on the car, making all kind of noise and I’ve been waiting over a month along with for the general manager to get back in touch with me about a strut that they supposed to put on the passenger side of the car The car drives so bad I am scared to drive this car, fearing for my life because when the front strut on the driver side fell off the car when they put it on the rack, they cannot tell me anything about my car. The struts that was put on my car. They told me that they had to change all my struts on the car because the struts was not no good that I got from rebrand. All I want is my car to be like I bought it there with no problems now I have so many problems with this car making noise since I bought it there and I need something to be done immediately I am so stressed out because the fact that I don’t know what may happen to me in this car so please help More
I am so angry with them! They had my car for 5 days and did nothing to it! To include the negative comments they towards me as the vehicle owner. I will never return to Ray Bryant nor refer anyone to your establishment. As a matter of fact, I will direct them to go anywhere else. This is a very unfortunate situation as I am a Lt Col who served 31yrs in the United States Air Force. I am a retired/disabled veteran who lives in Barkley Estates. You were my neighborhood service center as I just purchased the vehicle in September 2023. Absolutely, horrible experience. More
