Very slow, cierra specifically was not knowledgeable about how to upload a supplemental estimate even though it said it on the original estimate. I literally waited over 2 months to receive my vehicle. about how to upload a supplemental estimate even though it said it on the original estimate. I literally waited over 2 months to receive my vehicle. They were Unprofessional. Cierra had a very Bad attitude when i asked questions about my claim. There were new scratches and a missing bulb on my front end when I picked up my car. The service manager said there’s no proof that they did that and that I could’ve been the one to do it.There was Unfinished work to do on my vehicle. The dent on my drivers side was not fixed and also my rocker panel on the front end was not fixed. Now for some reason my car is running hot when it sits ever since I picked up my vehicle from the dodge dealership in Harvey. This problem has never happened before bringing it to the dealership. If it did I would’ve stated it to the adjuster when did the original estimate for my vehicle. I am VERY disappointed with the service done. I also had to pay out of pocket for a rental for about a month due to cierra sitting on my estimate and not uploading it until I called numerous times, and I will also have to pay out of pocket to get fixed the things that weren’t done while my vehicle was in the dealerships care. More
