First off there is a serious lack of communication. My van has been in and out of the service department pretty much this whole year and still no diagnosis. Although, not the dealerships fault, I just van has been in and out of the service department pretty much this whole year and still no diagnosis. Although, not the dealerships fault, I just feel as if I was misinformed multiple times. My service advisor initially was Vernon, and he provided me with a whole lot of misinformation. He told me that my van was going to be looked at by a Chrysler field agent, then he told me that my pcm needed replacing and that he ordered it and they would have to keep it a few days to be sure that it was running good. After several days of no contact, I call to check only to find out that Vernon no longer works there. Then I was turned over to Chuck who for some reason doesn’t want to talk to me or anyone else for that matter. He advised my Chrysler case agent that no field agent was ever called out and has no knowledge of a pcm replacement. I’m so frustrated at this point. Today I picked up my van, and I wished I would have recorded what he was telling me, because he said that it could be a pcm problem. Ugh!! I just want to scream. Mind you the problem with my van isn’t the service department’s fault, the treatment of customers are. I always had to call to check on my van. I left messages and didn’t get return calls. You are probably okay with this, but I will never do business with Ray Brandt anything. More
