Horrible customer service, took my vehicle in to have steering pump replaced and they said it wasn’t under the extended warranty they sold me. Even though the amount of time and miles are within the warr steering pump replaced and they said it wasn’t under the extended warranty they sold me. Even though the amount of time and miles are within the warranty coverage. They gave no explanation and wanted to charge me full price to replace a faulty pump. Took four weeks to get an appointment, they kept the car for about a week and still charged me $150 to do nothing. More

The proceas was seamless, even after service department was told i had purchased an extended warranty that covered the reason i was there that was not showing up in the system. The service sucks it makes no sense to have a warranty when you got to pay for everything why did I pay for a warranty if I have to pay for service as well.
