The general public does not know car dealer lingo and so they often get into things that they don't understand. With Arslan, I didn't have that problem. He works with you on pricing. You tell him what you want and he delivers on his part. Finance manage, Teodor was good too. Pleasant person. He also explain things to where you understand what you were getting into. The only thing I didn't like is the waiting of the car itself. Maybe I was impatient. I would recommend Arslan to anyone. He does his job very well. More
