Premier service From the minute I drove up for my recent service appointment, I knew I had made the right choice to switch to Premier from that "other place" further From the minute I drove up for my recent service appointment, I knew I had made the right choice to switch to Premier from that "other place" further down I-95: the entrance to the service drop-off is clearly marked and you won't get wet going from your car to the office in bad weather. Friendly greeting - customer names are posted as if we were VIPs! Waiting area is clean, comfortable, TV volume is moderate, there's Wi-Fi and, for those who are curious, you can even watch your car getting serviced! I even saw the owner straightening up the coffee/ beverage area - with a happy smile on his face. Charges were reasonable and were explained in detail before, during and at the conclusion of service. I cannot praise the team more highly than to say they would get A+ from this tough-grading teacher. More
