I've been through a few dealer transactions, but this was my first time purchasing a vehicle completely on my own. I live in New Hampshire and I was a bit apprehensive as I had to drive over 200 miles to get my first time purchasing a vehicle completely on my own. I live in New Hampshire and I was a bit apprehensive as I had to drive over 200 miles to get there and had been burned by another dealership a few days prior. However, my experience was great! Nate contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm that the vehicle was on the lot and would be ready when I arrived. The paperwork was streamlined and efficient, and the final numbers were exactly what I expected. The staff were very friendly and professional. Sales staff are non-commission and there was no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. They also arranged for a ride to Enterprise so I could drop off my rental vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Premier! More
