Always a great job So far I have only been to this dealer twice (I bought my car elsewhere but this one is closer to home) and every time it has been great! Returning super satisfied customer In 2013 I walked into the delearship and Nathan greeted me. When I left I was driving my brand new Kia Soul. It was a pleasure to talk to Nathan then and it was a pleasure a few days ago when I visited the dealership. This time I drove home in my 2017 Kia Sportage. I don't give praise easily, but Nathan deserves it. He is a true professional who helped me know my options and at the same time he is a down to earth guy who makes you feel relaxed. I didn't pressured to buy anything I didn't want. In fact he was going out of his way to try to save me money. What salesman does that? Fortunate for me he has great work ethics. That's why I call him my car dealer, that's why I went back to see him again and that's why I will turn to him as soon as I'm ready again. It will be a pleasure then too, I'm sure. Great Customer Service I needed to get a new "used" vehicle a.s.a.p. The whole process of searching for a newer reliable vehicle made me a little anxious. I looked at the Kia sight online and found a vehicle that I was interested in. Upon going to Premier Kia of Branford to look at the vehicle, Paul greeted me at the door and provided great customer service which eased my anxious feelings. When it came to the financing process Michael also provided tremendous customer service. He thoroughly explained available options to me and answered any questions that I had.
