Having a dealership as close to home as Premier Kia of Branford just made my life that much better. I knew I wanted some bells and whistles utilizing today's technology and I was open to color. Well, maybe not so open as far as color goes. I met with Paul Petruzziello who made the process a pleasure with the help of Sales Manager Dave Thomas. I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Kia of Branford. I returned, after my first weekend with my new Optima, with a quick question and as I entered the dealership's vestibule I received a courtesy call from the service department. Overall a wonderful experience and an even better automobile. More

Could not have asked for a better experience Although I visited Premier Kia several years ago, I did not buy a car, it wasn't a bad experience, it was just I was afraid to get into another car pa Although I visited Premier Kia several years ago, I did not buy a car, it wasn't a bad experience, it was just I was afraid to get into another car payment, but that did not stop me from recommending them to family and friends. My son bought his first used car from Premier last year and after my car just flat out died, I did a lot of searching around for a used vehicle. Just when I was about to purchase a vehicle from someplace else, Premier put up a used Kia Optima Hybrid that they just took in. I did not hesitate or even think twice about contacting them. Dave Thomas and company went out of their way to help me and get the deal done in a timely manner. I never felt pressured to buy nor was I ever pressured into an extended warranty even though I was offered and did take since it covered pretty much most of the vehicle and oil changes. I have had two minor issues and both were handled swiftly. The new building is so clean and bright your almost afraid to touch anything. Frank Williams of the finance dept even beat the low rate that I had from an outside source. I can say that I hadn't had a better experience buying a vehicle since 2000 when I bought a car from out of state. If your in the market for a new or used Kia I would not hesitate to say go to Premier Kia of Branford. Thank you again to everyone involved. More

Best dealer experience I've had. I drove 3hrs to this dealer from NJ. I had a great experience. I got a great deal on both the used car I bought and the car I traded in. Kim from the Internet department set everything up and was a pleasure to deal with. Nate, the salesman, was straightforward and did everything he could to get what I wanted. None of the typical " let me check with my manager" bs. The car I wanted was out front and ready for a test drive, when I arrived. Frank (I think this is his name) in finance beat my own bank's offer, and got me a great warranty. Oh and the car, the car is fantastic. Best car purchase I've ever made. Zero buyer's remorse. More
