Feel so bad about this shop I bought one used certified Nissan Altima SV last month. This is my first car. Actually I don't know much about cars. But I thought the dealers and manager was so nice, and I decided to buy the car so quick. But now, I found that I can not use the windshield washer fluid, the fluid can not spay. That was the first time I tried to used that function. I am very sure it is not me to broke it. So just when I bought it, it was broken. I call them for the service, but they said I should pay for 150 dollars to check it first. I feel so sad about this, because of my careless, I did not notice this problem before. But it is certified car, it should be ok. The fact is not ok! More

They offered a lifetime Powertrain warranty and 2 years of oil changes/tire rotations free, so we thought that it would be worth the trip. I was skeptical at first, but made the trip and it was worthwhile. The price we arrived at was fair and honest, and we were greeted by a wonderful salesman, Nathan Glazewski. He treated us with respect and listened to what we wanted in a new car. Nathan showed that you don't have to be a "pushy" car salesman to ben respected by your customers and you can leave with a good feeling about your very major purchase. One of the nicest salesmen and transactions I have ever gone through in purchasing a new car. Beyond Nathan, everyone that we interacted with was fantastic. From Patrick the floor manager to Frank the finance representative. At no time did we feel a hard sell or were pushed to buy something that we did not want. We picked up the car after a few days delay due to a snowstorm and Nathan took the time to show us every feature of the car in detail, gave us his personal cell and email, and stayed with us as long as we had questions.
