Poor Communication I came into Premier Kia because i totaled my old kia and wanted the same one.. looked on their website and they had the kia i wanted. Until i put down the down payment of one thousand dollars, I specifically asked if something happens and i won't be able to get that car would i get my money back, and the quick answer was yes. I left the down payment, few days later (before i was suppose to pick up the car) I called them and told them that i would have to cancel that car order because due to some personal problems, they told me that they can not give me the money back... I talked to the sales person that i used, and then to Mr. Frank and they said it couldn't been done, i called few days later again, and they said that they will call me back within 2 days, it's been about 2-3 weeks now and i still haven't gotten a call, whenever I call i always have to leave a voice message and i do, but I never get one back. Last time when i talked to someone not sure who, they told me that it could be done and that they just have to talk to the manager or the president. Would really think about even going there....The Service was okay, and i thought that everything would go smooth and then this happened. I'm still waiting for a phone call back from them about the money. More
