This was truly impressive since he told us he had only been working for Kia for two months. After we told him the type of car we were looking for, he find the perfect fit! Anthony was extremely patient as I checked the car out and test drove it. Before our stop at Premier Kia, we had been to numerous other dealerships in search of the right car, but time after time we found pushy car salesmen trying to sell us something we already said we didn't want or need. Anthony was not at all pushy and did not once try to sell us anything or show us a car we weren't interested in. I cannot say enough about how amazing our time at Premier Kia was and how excited I am to drive away with my Kia Sorento!! When Nate learned I was replacing the leased car I drove to his dealership, he asked me if I wanted him to help me turn it in. I said "sure", so he drove me to the Hyundai dealer, introduced me to their leasing manager, and 30 minutes later the old leased car was successfully returned. The transaction was delayed a day due to the fact I was unable to transfer funds directly to the dealership, and had to wire transfer funds to their bank. More

Disappointed I enjoyed my interaction with Cynthia, but I ran into a couple of issues at this dealership which left me with a less than desirable experience. I enjoyed my interaction with Cynthia, but I ran into a couple of issues at this dealership which left me with a less than desirable experience. After the deal was negotiated, I was told that I would be able to drive the car that day. I had been there for a couple hours by this time and the next step was to work through getting a binder from the insurance. This step took another 40 minutes and when completed, I was presented with another "bump in the road". The finance office had two back to back appointments (one scheduled, and one unscheduled). I was suggested to come back in 2 hours to begin finalizing the papework, which was expected to take another hour. Everyone was aware I had driven 65 miles to get there, but through this point, no one had asked me how much time I had in the day, and had I known about the constraints on the dealership side , the extra time I waited for the binder was completely unnecessary. I really felt the focus was about the sale and my time was not respected. I made a commitment, so I came back next week. My trade in was said to have a check engine fault, and it never appeared; even after I left the lot and drove 200 miles over several days. Looking back, I can't help but feel this was a tactic to get a lower trade in value. While it may or may not be the case, this is how I feel now. After previous car purchases, I have always received a phone call within a couple of days to check in. Not this time. An email with a link to a survey, is what I received after spending $40k.
