Disappointed I enjoyed my interaction with Cynthia, but I ran into a couple of issues at this dealership which left me with a less than desirable experience. I enjoyed my interaction with Cynthia, but I ran into a couple of issues at this dealership which left me with a less than desirable experience. After the deal was negotiated, I was told that I would be able to drive the car that day. I had been there for a couple hours by this time and the next step was to work through getting a binder from the insurance. This step took another 40 minutes and when completed, I was presented with another "bump in the road". The finance office had two back to back appointments (one scheduled, and one unscheduled). I was suggested to come back in 2 hours to begin finalizing the papework, which was expected to take another hour. Everyone was aware I had driven 65 miles to get there, but through this point, no one had asked me how much time I had in the day, and had I known about the constraints on the dealership side , the extra time I waited for the binder was completely unnecessary. I really felt the focus was about the sale and my time was not respected. I made a commitment, so I came back next week. My trade in was said to have a check engine fault, and it never appeared; even after I left the lot and drove 200 miles over several days. Looking back, I can't help but feel this was a tactic to get a lower trade in value. While it may or may not be the case, this is how I feel now. After previous car purchases, I have always received a phone call within a couple of days to check in. Not this time. An email with a link to a survey, is what I received after spending $40k. Be careful if financing- Cramming I heard great news about Premier Kia. I took a ride with my daughter one Saturday morning (7/30) looking for a Sorento. I actually liked one I was sho I heard great news about Premier Kia. I took a ride with my daughter one Saturday morning (7/30) looking for a Sorento. I actually liked one I was shown so much I ended up purchasing it. 5 hours sitting in the waiting room was no problem. I was impressed that I could get the vehicle that day. 9 months later I was cleaning out my back seat and saw the paperwork sitting under my back seat. Browsing through it I noticed I had GAP insurance I never wanted and I was charged $219 for Etching for my windows with I never of in my life even heard of. Of course 1 paper out of aprox 20 papers had my signature. My fault . no excuse. after 5 hours of sitting and wanting to leave I know why I didn't read every line of every form. I called Kia and was told the Finance Man I dealt with didn't work there anymore. I explained I wanted to cancel GAP insurance and what happened and was told how he wasn't going to go over all that. . just come down and sign a paper to cancel. ok. 2 days later I went down and gave my signature. I mentioned the etching and how nobody mentioned it nor did a thing to my used vehicle from Premier Kia because the vehicle sat in front of my eyes that entire day. I was told Premier etches every car they have... automatically. Really? So even if the previous owner paid for it I need to pay $219? and why not tell me? Just beware. That's a cram no matter what way you cut it. I never asked for etching or was told I had it. Again I didn't even know what it was. No refund. nothing offered. 50%. be careful The car is great. I love my Kia Sorento. The service dept was great. Both times I have been there. The car had a loose fog light and some burnt out bulbs and the service dept was great again. . They even told me that I didn't need to rotate my tires on my last visit which I had requested. Honest service . More

Just after the test drive, I decided to buy the red Nissan. Paul and Dave is so honest and nice, they gave me a good price. It was a really enjoyable experience. When I went there to pick up the car last Friday. I was late owing to the meeting. But Paul was waiting there with patient. Highly recommended! More

I did shop around afterwards and found that other dealers were playing games and were not honest. I won't use any names, but I would never recommend Shaker Kia to anyone! But I did come back to Premier Kia to see Nate and the Gang! I have never been happier and the experience that I had at Premier was the best. They made me feel at home. More
