Horrible, Disgusting Terrible Service Don't ever get your car serviced there or buy a car from them. They will not take ownership for their mistakes. They will treat you like complete crap and not even care. The service department manager is awful and so rude. They did a simple routine oil change on my car and while driving down the highway my car lost all its oil because their "extensively trained mechanic" didn't remove the old gasket from the old oil filter. I had to have my car towed and got a bill from a mechanic I trust for $70. When I called KIA they accused me of lying and I brought them the bill and the report from the other shop. They refused to reimburse me the $70 and completely disrespected me. They should be disgusted with how they treated me. I will never ever buy another KIA because of how they treated me. Completely disgusted. More

Above & Beyond Customer Service! I was in the market for a new car (why else would you come here right?). I did a lot of online looking around and found the RAV 4 that I now own. I we I was in the market for a new car (why else would you come here right?). I did a lot of online looking around and found the RAV 4 that I now own. I went with my boyfriend to test drive the car. It was around 4pm and they closed at 6pm. Cynthia was exceptional, smile ear to ears, calming voice, and in more rush. I had a vehicle I wanted to trade in. Patrick had a wonderful sense of humor and did everything to make my boyfriend and I feel comfortable in the process. Since I was still paying off my trade- in Cynthia ended up on the phone trying to get ahold of the bank that handled it. She was on the phone for at least an hour and transferred at least three times! Through it all she was patient and wonderful, to be honest. Catch is, the car was suppose to be a cash deal ONLY. However, they wanted me to get the car I wanted. SO they ran my credit and I got approved! Then I went to Kevin who was the finance manager. Kevin was another great personality. He walked me through the payment and everything that I needed to know. We drove off the lot at 6:02pm with my brand new car! I would highly recommend KIA. No one pushed me to get the car even when I was still unsure before we ran my credit. They let me look at it again and for as long as I wanted until I was sure I wanted to go through with it (the only time I was left alone for more than 5 minutes). If you are unsure or "just looking" I would highly recommend Premier Kia! More

Went for a test ride with Christin, we then discussed a deal with Patrick Cosgrove we came to a no hassle agreement in no time. Frank was very helpful on the financing and in less than 24 hrs the deal was complete and my wife was pleasantly surprised with her slightly used new car being pulled into driveway.On driving out of Premier's lot l was stopped by Bob Alvine we spoke for a short while and Bob is truly concerned that his customers are being treated the right way. This was my second purchase from Premier and both experiences were very positive. Truly a great dealership. More
