The lease deal from xxxx!!! I had leased a Kia from Premier in 2013. My lease was up and so I returned to lease another car. The car I was turning in was in such great shape th I had leased a Kia from Premier in 2013. My lease was up and so I returned to lease another car. The car I was turning in was in such great shape that they bought it and were going to sell it themselves as a used car. I decided on the new car and put down a $1300.00 deposit. I was told that my first payment was included in that $1300.00 charge. When I went to pick up the car. they charged me again for the first payment. I asked about this and was given some double-talk answer. When I got home, I looked at the 20 or so pieces of paper that I signed and saw that I had indeed already paid the first month's payment. I called them and they said that wasn't so and refused to refund my eroneous payment. I had a friend who is in the car business look at the paper work and he said that I did pay twice for the same month. I called again and went back and forth but to no avail. I would think that even if they thought I was wrong which I wasn't that just the fact that I was a returning customer and for the sake of good customer relations,they would return my money. I think they are a sleazy operation and I would never go back there again. I won't even have my service done there because I want nothing more to do with them. I will be sure to tell all of my friends who are thinking of buying a Kia or a Subaru to steer clear of that place. More
