No haggling, no games, a truly professional experience This was the easiest car purchase I've ever had! I looked on the website and found a car i liked for a great price. I clicked the "Check Availability" This was the easiest car purchase I've ever had! I looked on the website and found a car i liked for a great price. I clicked the "Check Availability" button and received an email and phone call from Rite within 24 hours. Two days later, Colleen Hickey took me for a test drive. Afterwards, she gave me a clear, upfront explanation of the costs. Upgrades were offered without any pressure to accept them. She took care of transferring my insurance. Two days later, I made the final payment arrangements with Kenny, who was also very professional, explained each line item, and took care of all the DMV. Paperwork. The car was delivered perfectly detailed. No haggling, no games--a truly professional experience. More

I explained exactly what I was looking for and within 2 minutes, he walked me over to the vehicle I ultimately purchased. No games, no trying to sell me up and he was extremely pleasant, professional and mindful of my time constraints. Thereafter, I was introduced to Patrick Cosgrove, who was also quite helpful and tolerant of all my questions! Kenny Schmitz then said hello and a few days later, I was in his office finalizing the paperwork. Kenny was also quite helpful in explaining the financial ends of things! He is clearly a master of his craft. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Nathan listens and gets the job done quickly!! An awesome staff at Premier Kia of Branford.
