Excellent experience My experience with Premier Kia started with internet salesperson Rita. She was great, quick to respond and acquire all the information I asked of her. My experience with Premier Kia started with internet salesperson Rita. She was great, quick to respond and acquire all the information I asked of her. The dealership is about 45 minutes from my home and with a hectic lifestyle of work, running the kids everywhere after school and my husbands 50 minute commute, getting to the dealership to look at and test drive a car was difficult. So I wanted the trip to the dealership to be worth our time. Rita was able to work with me on all the financial information I needed in order for my husband and I to say ok, it's worth the drive. We had already test driven a couple of the same Sorento's at closer dealerships so we knew we liked the car. We just needed to be sure it would work with-in our budget before test driving. We finally found an evening to test drive the car and met with Christina as Rita only works internet sales. She was just as great. Very knowledgable with the car and excited about it as well. She really liked the product she was selling and that was great. The people working at Premier were all great, very family and made sure to make our kids feel welcome and comfortable. We really liked the car and made the deal that night, returned two days later to pick it up and all has been great so far. I had a little problem with sirius radio not working and we fixed the problem over the phone real quick - no issues. I wish the dealership was closer so I could do all my maintenance with them, I'm just not sure I want to drive that far for oil changes. More

Mr. Glazewski, Nate, was very personable and took the time with us to answer our questions, even though we said we were not necessarily looking to buy. He showed us different models to compare and test drive. There was no pressure sales talk just Nate talking with us and answering our many questions. Nate is an asset to the Kia dealership and his knowledge of the product is outstanding. If it wasn't for Nate, and his honest approach, I believe, we would not have decided to buy that evening. Kenny Schmitz made the financing smooth and tailored to me, making sure I understood every step before moving on. More

Finalized the deal over the phone with Patrick and went from NJ to CT to pick up the Cadenza. Nathan Glazewski was on top of everything when I picked up the car and walked me through the paperwork and the workings of the new car. Love my Cadenza. I have been buying many cars from different dealers, this one was the most professional, without exagerating. More
