We did previous research on a car online and met with Colleen to see if it was still available, etc. Colleen was very welcoming. She was courteous and very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, our chosen vehicle had trouble with it's battery (things happen). However, Colleen did not waste any time to find us other options that fit our needs; she kept in constant contact with us and kept us updated. And because she is an extraordinary sales rep she actually got us our original car we chose. The service staff at Kia of Branford work hard to ensure the safety of the cars and we are confident and very pleased with our new car. We are very glad she worked with us and we highly recommend her to anyone that needs to find a new car! We also worked with Kenny regarding the registration of our new car. He was quick, friendly, and very professional. The overall showroom of the dealership deserves five starts itself. It was clean and welcoming. The other staff were very nice and made us feel comfortable. We were offered beverages during our appointments and treated as friends while there. We had a very pleasant experience. More
