There is a reason (well actually three) that I am a repeat customer with the Premier Auto Group (Both Subaru and Kia) - They are Professionalism, Patience, and Pleasant. My overall buying experience with Premier Kia was excellent. I was initially greeted by Mario, who assisted my salesperson. He was friendly and helpful. I found the salesperson (Jessica M) professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Never was there a hard sell, or a push to rush my purchase. The Sales Manager Jeff I. was equally professional and patient; never once trying to rush the sale or use hard sale tactics. The negotiations were straight forward and pleasant, no games like other dealers play. Even the F&I person (Carlos) was pleasant and patient when I asked if multiple scenarios could be run/shown to me regarding financing and options. Good job to all involved-- expect more sales to come-- and my full recommendation to buy at Premier Auto Group for my co-workers, friends and family! My only regret was not purchasing my Kia Niro sooner! More
