Mike LaRovera was the best salesman ever! , He was informative and very patient and kind, Carlos went over the technical instructions and was very helpful, and Gretchen wrapped it up making t , He was informative and very patient and kind, Carlos went over the technical instructions and was very helpful, and Gretchen wrapped it up making the financial paperwork a fun experience at the end of a long day. We saw the Crosstrek Wilderness on line and just decided ok at in person. We were kinda in the market for a new car but as new people to the Subaru brand we didnt know much about the car. We went into ok at in person. We were kinda in the market for a new car but as new people to the Subaru brand we didnt know much about the car. We went into the showroom and was met by Cassidy Vaughn and the rest is history. Cant say enough about his knowledge about the brand and answered all our questions to a 'T'. Their tech adviser and finance officer were both as knowledgeable about their role they played in the out come of the sale. Fun time for all involved .
