went in 3 times with a problems with my car and they fix all the recalls i didn't even know i had, but it still didn't fix the problem i had, another mechanic not involved with Subaru said it was the tranny all the recalls i didn't even know i had, but it still didn't fix the problem i had, another mechanic not involved with Subaru said it was the tranny and told me Subaru would most likely do nothing for me. so i listened to my gram wen to the Subaru dealership and kept on pushing the issue. i took the car bac this time they said it was an oil leak all over the wires and the o2 sensor. so i felt good maybe that was it. but low and behold the car kept doing the same thing but they did not feel it or believe me. so we ended up trading up with a hug warranty and got a great deal and now i can go to Subaru for everything. so in the end i made out. who ever gets the car next not so much. so overall very happy but not happy no one in 3 visits could feel the hesitation and the pull back from the car, but hey we got a new one with a great warranty and were now official Subaru customs. well see what happens when the next person gets the car. but thank you Subaru for fixing my problem and getting me in a safer car for me and my child. More
