Awful I went to this dealership because they were the closest to my home and had the car I wanted in stock. My initial impression of the showroom was that i I went to this dealership because they were the closest to my home and had the car I wanted in stock. My initial impression of the showroom was that it was very dated and rundown. I felt like I was back in the 70's at a used car lot. My salesman, AJ was nice though, so I stayed. AJ showed me the car I was interested in and I arranged to come back that night with my husband so he could see it. Before we returned I went on their website and was concerned with a lot of complaints I read about customer service. In each one, Kerri Pacheco shot down the customer and accused them of being the problem. When my husband and I returned that evening I expressed my concerns with AJ about customer service after the sale, and what I considered poor responses from Kerri. He told me, "that wasn't the first time he'd heard that". I later met the owner and told him of my concerns, his response was, "there's always going to be those people you can't make happy". I decided not buy my car there and frankly, I feel like I dodged a bullet. It may have been a few more miles away, but Center Subaru in Torrington was excellent in everyway and I'm loving my new Subaru. More

Purchase of a used vehicle I purchased a used 2016 Toyota Avalon from Premier on Dec 7, 2018. Salesman was cordial and to the point. Negotiations on the purchase price were I purchased a used 2016 Toyota Avalon from Premier on Dec 7, 2018. Salesman was cordial and to the point. Negotiations on the purchase price were respectful and the outcome was to my liking. I was disappointed that the Dealer Conveyance Fee, Nitrogen service and Anti-window etching were never mentioned until we had agreed on a sales price. The Dealer Conveyance Fee is primarily an income producing charge and under CT. State law is negotiable. It was never discussed or mentioned. The addional fees amounted to $996.00 and was totally unreasonable. I would reccomend the dealership but I would warn the prospective customer to ask about the addiional profit producing fees. A Toyota vehicle users manual was not included in the delivery. More

Dealership buying experience Normally we hate going to dealerships because I worked at a power sports dealership and am familiar with the process. AJ, Carmine and Joe were so awes Normally we hate going to dealerships because I worked at a power sports dealership and am familiar with the process. AJ, Carmine and Joe were so awesome to work with. We had some credit challenges but Joe was patient and diligent and busted his butt getting us approved. I was impressed with the process from the time we first walked in the door till the moment we drove our Subaru home. AJ kept us informed throughout the whole process and was very professional. It was a calm and relaxed purchase with lots of jokes and laughs. We went to the Buick dealership nearby about a month ago and their style was aggressive and it turned us off. When they gave us their deal, it was loaded with 2500 dollars of optional items that weren’t even discussed or needed. It was really a lack of integrity on their part. In summary, I would buy another vehicle from Premier. I will recommend premier to all my friends, family and coworkers. I do collect coffee mugs and would love a Subaru one if possible. More
