Ms. Ross/ We are terribly sorry for your experience. For more than 15 years, our goal has been to exceed the expectations of our clients - not fall short. The letter you received was actually generated through a Subaru of America program. In that letter, they "estimate" the value of your trade based on the vehicle identification number only. We don't have exact information until we go through a more formalized process. The offer will set an estimated payment - without tax, and, encompassing a general credit score. Many times we are even able to beat those payments. In this case, Luke, who is our designated Equity Connect representative and able to assist customers seamlessly, was out for the day. So, we do apologize if this wasn't conveyed in a proper manner. It also looks as if we really didn't get too far with the specifics of this matter. We are confident that, if we did, we could have achieved exactly what you were looking for. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and, congratulate you on your new cars.
