Ordered 2015 Subaru Outback and couldn't be happier Stopped into Premier on a Saturday afternoon on a whim just to take a peek at the Outback's on the lot. They were very busy but I met Michael Corthell on the lot who took the time to answer my questions and give me a demonstration of all the upcoming features that were due out on the 2015 Outback. I was still in research mode during the first visit but Michael made sure that I met a Sales Manager in case I elected to come back on his day off and assured me that they'd work hard to earn my business in the event I elected to move forward with buying a car. I appreciated all their follow-up as just like my initial visit, they nor their letters or phone calls ever felt pushy. I got the feeling they genuinely wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered. When I was ready to buy I went straight back to Michael and we got a deal done quickly and to my satisfaction. I recommend that you consider Premier if you are looking for a Subaru as so far, their level of customer service has exceeded my expectations. More

Of every dealer I called, they were the most courteous and technically orientated individuals I ever dealt with at dealer. Lauren McDonald was our first point of contact. She handled the majority of the sale via phone conversations and the Internet. The reason I went this route, is that my job only offers me a limited amount of free time being the president of aerospace company. They understood this, and worked with me until my satisfaction was met. My brother and I along with my mom drove down to Brantford (About 1 hour ride) where Premier is. It should be known that we have a Subaru dealer in town but not with the service Premier gave us. Upon arriving we met with Adam Arsenault our salesperson. He took the time to explain to my mother all the fine details of this automobile. His technical knowledge impressed me. I thought I did my research on this car but he knew more. We were then handed off to Jeff Irzyk, where he finalized all the financials. Having bought many cars in the past this is the first time I was ever completely satisfied. We will buy from them again. Very positive experience! I walked into the dealership yesterday with the hope of leaving with a new car, and that is exactly what happened. Herman Winston met me and showed me around the lot. I was not sure if I wanted the Impreza sedan or hatchback, and he went through the pros and cons of each. Overall, he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he has a good sense of humor. He easily rattled off the differences between the base Impreza, Premium, and Limited models. I ended up leasing an Impreza hatchback, standard. So far, I am very happy with it. I was very impressed with Winston, with the dealership in general, and with everybody I met. Jeff Irzyk was also helpful explaining everything. In just a few hours, I took a test drive, leased the car, and they handled the insurance and registration too. Winston was very polite and helpful; he had an answer to all of my difficult questions. I had heard good things about Premier, but this was my first time going there. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Job well done! More

And every car we asked about was out of stock and would take six to eight weeks to deliver. No thanks. Other dealers had what we were looking for and were happy to discuss pricing. More

However, since those had not arrived, we returned to Subaru, and made our choice. Aside from the obvious reasons, the many amazing features, safety, reliability and gas economy of the car, our salesperson was a huge factor in making our experience great. Ted was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, addressing our questions and concerns candidly and energetically, even following up a few days later to make sure we didn't have more questions. We had an excellent experience and would recommend Ted and Premier Subaru to friends and family for sure. More

Over two appointments and maybe 4 hours, he had us drive a few different models to experience different features across price ranges. He never pushed us toward anything or bombarded us with lengthy, annoying speeches about how different parts of the car work. We spent time at two other dealerships and spoke to even more on the phone, but ultimately came back to Premier because it was calm, friendly, and easy to get what we wanted. We were never pressured and we're so happy with our purchase. Tony has a great sense of humor, too. I'm sure we'll be loyal customers. More

Outstanding Service I visited Premier Subaru to just look at the 2014 Subaru Outback.
