Jennifer, I am so sorry to hear not only of the problems with your car but also your frustrations! Buying a new car is supposed to be a happy time and I'm sorry it hasn't been for you. While no one can predict the future, it really is unfortunate that you have had problems so soon after delivery. I have been informed that the light bulb has been replaced, the scratch has been fixed and currently, plans are underway to fix the water leak in the windshield. I only hope you feel that Dennis (Service Manager) and Will (Sales Manager) handled you in a professional fashion and were able to make you happy. Rich Thank you for the email. I've tried calling a few times but you aren't in the dealership, and I left a message on Tuesday that you have not returned yet. The car is fine, the repairs were great and there is no more leak. I am a little upset about the warranty/maintenance pacakge of information that I got in the mail. The information says that I have to pay a deductible on top of the cost of the policy. That was not explained by Mike. Mike said that the policy would cover all repairs and labor for the term of the package. None of the information Mike showed us mentioned that there was a deductible. I'm very upset that we were misled. It was false adverstising. Jennifer

Jennifer, I did get a message from you on Tuesday and called you and left a message as well. I also looked up your policy and see the deductible and already took care of it. You should receive a new contract within a couple of weeks that states 0 deductible. The default setting with Subaru on a CPO warranty is $100 deductible and we usually upgrade these to $50 deductible, but none of this matters if you weren't informed. My apologies again. If you look at our reviews, you'll see MANY people are very happy with us, and while no one is perfect, I'm so sorry you are the one that in fact did not get the warm fuzzy feeling that we are customarily known for. Look for the policy change within the next 2 weeks. I hope these attempts to right any wrongs will solve the unhappiness you have felt so far. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Rich I left a message on Thursday the 7th. And have been traveling for business since Friday morning. I am back in the office tomorrow and was planning to call you then.
