I first became aquainted with Premier Subaru over seven I first became aquainted with Premier Subaru over seven years ago when I purchased the first new car of my life (I was 60 at the time!), a 2005 Outba I first became aquainted with Premier Subaru over seven years ago when I purchased the first new car of my life (I was 60 at the time!), a 2005 Outback from them. In the ensuing years, I became very friendly with, and trusting of Gary and Dennis in the service department. Recently, I asked my friends in service what they thought my used Outback would bring in trade-in. Avoiding any hint of high pressure, I was introduced to Jeff Irzyk, who, with speed and efficiency obtained a more-than-satisfactory trade-in quote. Prior to the present, I had not met nor dealt with Jeff before. However, I recalled having seen his name among the employees when I bought my vehicle in '05. (It's Irzyk folks, not Smith nor Jones!) Both Gary and Dennis spoke for his competence, and as usual, they were right. Jeff had seven years of experience at Premier and had owned two Subarus. Dealing with him was as close to a pleasure as dealing can be. Jeff never failed to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied.Unlike the average car salesman, Jeff made every effort to see that the customer understood every aspect of the sale. All in all I walked away feeling that I had been treated fairly and had gotten a deal I was pleased with. I feel that when one deals with Premier there are no surprises! I went to Premier Subaru looking for a replacement for my 2000 Outback and was fortunate enough to meet James Crook. He was what every salesmen should be knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Those few things he wasn't sure of he gave the right answer for "I'm not sure, let me go check." This is so much better than making something up. When it comes time for a new car for my wife I will make the drive again from Pennsylvania to Connecticut. I also think my Mother was convinced of the quality that Subaru puts out and might switch from Ford when she's ready for a new car. Thank you to Mr. Crook for making our purchase as painless as possible. More

I test drove a 2012 Forester and with trade-in (wish the price had been higher as my car was in excellent condition, good resale),I was driving the new Forester less than a week later. I was treated very professionally by all the staff from Sales to Finance. The price I paid for the vehicle was very competitive and the Salesman took the time to explain the program with Costco which sa Sales to Finance. I was given a chance to test drive the vehicle prior to making a purchase decision which was not made under any pressure. The finance Mgr. was very knowledgable and friendly and got me the best interest rate availalbe. When I took delivery of the vehicle it was in perfect condition and ready when promised. Overall it was a very positive experience. I feel I got my money's worth, and I love this new Impreza!! More

I've been using this dealership for 5 years, and just bought my 2nd Subaru from them. All of the employees, literally, are friendly, respectful, genuine, non-pushy, informative, and eager to help. This dealership was awesome. The place didn't feel creepy or pushy like most dealerships do. I dealt with Herman, who was super helpful - he made the whole process very smooth. The only reason I gave the overall experience only a 'good' rating was purely the amount of time I had to wait. I waited HOURS just to do all the closing paperwork. This was not Herman's fault, and I should say that everyone else I dealt with was also great - -they were helpful and accommodating when all the bank stuff was moving so slowly. But for some reason, I had to wait forever just to sign all the papers. That is my only suggestion for improvement of service. Otherwise, stellar place and excellent prices without sacrificing quality. Thanks, Herman! More
