Came in this morning for Subaru Forester 18,000 mile maintenance I was greeted by Cristal service tech. She was friendly knowledgeable of my car and directed me to the customer service area. I went in for a routine oil change and asked that they check the AC. Turned out there was a leak and a part needed to be replaced.
