bRIAN TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY CHECK IN AS MY BUDDY lA"TRELL WAS OFF FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. THE NEXT DAY LA:TRELL TOOK HIS USUAL TOTAL CONTROL TO MAKE SURE ALL SERVICE WAS UP TO HIS HIGH STANDARDS! AT lA"TRELL WAS OFF FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. THE NEXT DAY LA:TRELL TOOK HIS USUAL TOTAL CONTROL TO MAKE SURE ALL SERVICE WAS UP TO HIS HIGH STANDARDS! This review is for the service department and ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER BRIAN GALAZ in particular. I made an appointment for a 42000 service for my 2025 Outback. The Premier website lists the servic SERVICE MANAGER BRIAN GALAZ in particular. I made an appointment for a 42000 service for my 2025 Outback. The Premier website lists the services included and one of those services is replacing the front and rear differential oil. As I put a large amount of miles on the car in steep inclines (I frequently drive 2-3000 mile trips through the Blue Ridge Mountains) I specifically asked if this was included in the listed price of $139.99 for the 42000 service. I was told that it was by the woman i spoke with. I specifically repeated that I would be getting an oil change, tire rotation and front/rear differential oil change for $139.99 and again I was told yes. Great price so I booked the service for 4/17/26. I arrived the dealership and was told that the $139.99 only covered the oil change and tire rotation. I explained what I was told and what was listed on their website and the service rep stated that he could do nothing about it. I asked to speak with a manager as I was provided very different information from another Premier Service Rep who I spoke with when making the appointment. Assistant Service Manager Brian Galaz came to speak to me and immediately had an aggressive attitude and cut me off when I was explaining the issue. Mr. Galaz even stated that differential services are not part of the 42000 services they offer implying that I was lying. This service is literally listed on their website so he was the one lying...or just badly uniformed. I explained that I felt this was a "bait and switch" situation and that I would file a complaint with CT DMV if they didn't honor the service/price I was quoted and again expinednthatbInspecifically repeated the services and price I expected booked the appointment. Mr. Galaz refused so I asked for my vehicle back. Mr. Galaz was extremely unprofessional, dismissive and rude in his interaction with me. He's a short man so perhaps he has a bit of a Napoleonic Complex but despite that he should be professional and hear a repeat customer out (I've purchased two vehicles for this dealership) when they are explaining an issue. I did not raise my voice, I did not treat the service rep rudely and in fact related to him that I understood it was not his fault and that he was just trying to do his job. I showed him the Pre Orr website that listed the services (including the front/rear differential oil change) and he said "yeah, we need to change that." More

I do NOT recommend this dealership for any car repairs. In March 2025, I had a TPMS sensor replaced there. I continued having issues afterward, so I brought my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care for a sec In March 2025, I had a TPMS sensor replaced there. I continued having issues afterward, so I brought my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care for a second opinion. They found that the voltage output from the sensor was poor and recommended I have it replaced under warranty at Subaru. Before scheduling, I called Subaru twice to confirm the repair would be covered under warranty. Both times, I was assured it would be. I scheduled the appointment specifically as a warranty repair. They held my car for four hours — only to then refuse to fix it under warranty. When I asked for the warranty policy in writing, they could not provide it. After confirming coverage twice in advance and rearranging my day, this felt completely unacceptable. This dealership has also consistently tried to upsell me and has not been transparent. At one point, I was told they were “unable to see” which of the four TPMS sensors was failing when the dashboard light came on and that I would need to replace all four at once — something that other service centers have had no issue identifying individually. That raised serious concerns about honesty. Between the lack of transparency, the inconsistent information, and the refusal to stand by their work, I have lost trust in this dealership entirely. I will not be returning and strongly encourage others to consider taking their vehicle elsewhere. More

Rodney in finance presents information clearly so that it is easy to understand, and so that one can feel sure they’ve made a financially responsible and sound purchase. The service staff and lifetime powertrain warranty have kept my vehicles running well for 25 years. Happy to recommend. More

DO NOT RECOMMEND! worst dealership. i bought a crosstrek in 2023 and had a wonderful experience with taylor. after i got home my car was making noise while breaking. worst dealership. i bought a crosstrek in 2023 and had a wonderful experience with taylor. after i got home my car was making noise while breaking. i called the dealership and was told to bring it in to be looked at. they said there was nothing wrong and i was sent away. the noise got louder before i made it home that same day. i got my car looked at by my own mechanic and was told my breaks and rotors were warped from over heating. i call the dealership back and told them what my mechanic said. they were willing to take a second look and replace them… maybe. i got my car towed back to the dealership and was told they only replaced my front rotors and break pads. i told them to replace them all like my mechanic recommended. brian told me my mechanic was just trying to scam me and was lying to me to make money off of me. he also was aggressive on the phone when i explained the full story and what my mechanic said. he refused to listen to my concerns and told me that my car was being sent back to me anyway. i then contacted taylor, who had sold me the car, and she helped me get my car looked at a second time. by that time i had left a review like i am now about what ive said above. Brian then called me and told me they wouldn’t help me unless i deleted the review. i deleted the review and scheduled my second appointment. when i scheduled with the service team, they answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. everything was good but the day of my appointment brian called me to let me know my appointment was canceled and if i wanted to know more i should call him. so i did, and he told me bc of the review that i was not someone they wanted in their dealership and i was no longer allowed to have my car serviced there. i paid for a warranty and the car wash/oil change package. i was told i can’t get refunded for it and i can’t use it at other subaru dealerships. i called and emailed for any information and no one ever answered my calls or emails. i got a case started with the dmv and they claimed they were responding to me the whole time. i tried to reach out to see if they had the wrong contact info but still nothing. this dealership has multiple complaints involving similar situations like mine. wonderful staff but terrible management. if i could give zero stars i would. More

I just picked up my car from Premier, that was in for a big engine repair, and was super pleased with the whole experience. My service advisor, Maegan Collazo, was friendly, thorough, and diligent in deali big engine repair, and was super pleased with the whole experience. My service advisor, Maegan Collazo, was friendly, thorough, and diligent in dealing with the warranty company for the repair. She kept me informed throughout the long process, which was appreciated. Brian, the service manager, and Bob, the owner, were involved as well, making sure my best interests were served with the warranty company. This level of attention and concern is exactly what a customer wants when dealing with a service department, so job well done!! I have 3 Subarus and service them all at Premier, and always feel confident that my cars are being well taken care of. Thanks again!! More
