Premier Subaru - Service Center

We called the parts Dept. about a remote starter for our 2020 Outback and they said it was available so an appointment was scheduled for 12/18/20 to install it. We arrived at 8 AM and were told 1.5 hours to 2020 Outback and they said it was available so an appointment was scheduled for 12/18/20 to install it. We arrived at 8 AM and were told 1.5 hours to install so we decided to wait. The waiting area was modern and clean as is the whole dealership. We had coffee and around 9:30 AM we were advised our car was ready. Maegan Collazo was our service advisor and brought us to our car and showed us how to use the new remote starter. She went over it several times to be sure we understood how it works. They washed the car and did a multi point inspection as well. What a great experience. We've only had the car for 6 weeks and they did all that. Thank you. More

12/28/2020 brought our 2020 outback in because the car was completely dead and had to be jump started. Our service advisor Maegen was very professional and caring about our problem. They spent several hours diagnosing the problem and came up with nothing except a failed battery. They replaced the battery and gave us the car back. It was fine for the day. The next morning the car had the same problem and had to be jumped. Maegan said to bring it right in and she gave us a loaner car while they working on the problem. The owner Robert Alvine called and explained to me in length what they were doing to diagnose and correct the problem. Bottom line we have our car back and it is working great. We have nothing but praise for this dealership for all aspects of their business. We would highly recommend them. More

The service department is full of extremely kind and understanding people. I was helped by Maegan and she made sure I was informed the entire time my vehicle was being worked on and let me know what my understanding people.
