Bob Alvine is the President and General Manager of Premier Subaru. Bob started the business in August, 2000 with the desire to create a Subaru dealership that would consistently exceed the expectations of customers. Bob also wanted a company that was active and invested in the community in which it serves. Bob is a graduate in Finance from the University of Rhode Island (and a Rhody Basketball Fan) and has a MBA from the University of New Haven. Bob started his career in the banking industry and worked in various positions in Commercial Lending and Finance. Bob is active with the University of Rhode Island Alumni Association, The University of New Haven, the Branford Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), the Amity Club of New Haven and other community organizations. Recently, Bob was named to the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut.

I was able to get a very fair deal on a pre-owned Outback2.5i Limited and the salesman made great efforts to get finance terms within my budget 5 Stars for effort all the way 5 Stars for being very Outback2.5i Limited and the salesman made great efforts to get finance terms within my budget 5 Stars for effort all the way 5 Stars for being very personable and pleasent and the showroom is really great also to top it up a notch they suprized me by installing a brand new set of Premium Bridgestone tires all four! Marcus was a pleasure to do business with - my first time buying a car on my own and he made it as simple as possible in addition to being a fun conversationalist. We got my Grandmother’s Subaru here at Premier in 2012 and it’s been a great car so when it was time for me to replace mine this is the only option I even considered for my Crosstrek! More

Needed to help my son who needed a car but didn't have good credit . So we passed our 2017 to him and needed to get a replacement in a hurry.
