Beautiful car with character and smooth sleek lines. What impressed me the most was everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgable, The entire process, start to finish was three "no bull" hours. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime, in many different states, and can easily say there are two that I am absolutely impressed with, one is in Oregon, but Earnhardt Liberty KIA in Prescott Valley is the other. Straight forward customer service attitude and a pleasure to be a customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I am happy, my daughter is happy with the car she picked out. I called to get information on available inventory and a price quote; I stated it would be a cash sale with no trade in. The salesman indicated he would need to review current inventory and call back. Aft price quote; I stated it would be a cash sale with no trade in. The salesman indicated he would need to review current inventory and call back. After not hearing from him in two hours, I called to check the status of my request. The salesman told me he was busy with other customers but currently had the time to discuss. He quoted a general MSRP of a vehicle that was not in stock and that would be the price minus the current rebate plus taxes and fees. I told him the MSRP for the base model he used was not accurate. He was unable to dispute my claim and showed zero interest in making a sale; his attitude reflects poorly on the entire dealership. I will purchase the vehicle elsewhere. More

I took my car in for new radiator hoses and A/C check. They called and said my brakes were bad, even though I had driven the car for 4 years with no brake problems. I said to go ahead and replace the pad They called and said my brakes were bad, even though I had driven the car for 4 years with no brake problems. I said to go ahead and replace the pads and machine rotors. Pad cost was 150% higher than NAPA. They started vibrating after 11 weeks. I took it back. They said I need new rotors. Four months later they started vibrating again. They said they had to resurface the rotors. Over $500 later. They said they wore out so fast because I kept my foot on the brake and I should go into 2nd gear going downhill. I have been driving stick shift cars for over 40 years and NEVER keep my foot on the brake. This is pure xxxxxxxx! from overpriced crooks. More
