Try to schedule service is a joke! !! Dylan a workers exact words when I finally got a hold of someone and asked for a service manager I was told reaching him would be “hit or miss” …. !! Dylan a workers exact words when I finally got a hold of someone and asked for a service manager I was told reaching him would be “hit or miss” …. Seriously.. meanwhile now I’ll venture to Vegas for my service needs cuz this is just awful.. voicemail says service is open till six one of the times I’ve previously called in the last couple days but yesterday on monday I got a salesman because again no one was answering at service all day on a Monday for crying out loud the sales man who answered said oh yeah the hours had changed and they need to update their voicemail and haven’t… seriously leave an incorrect message on your machine for days like that just bad all around… do better!!!! Bought my car here too sad sad sad…. Bad way to loose a customer for something as simple as having someone available to answer phones and make appointments and don’t tell me Dylan that your short handed that’s not the consumers problem it’s the companies don’t offer services if you can’t follow through!!! And don’t use your lack of workers as an excuse for this awfulness… multiple days of this crap not just one that’s what I’m getting at here is it wasn’t just an isolated issue….I’m sure a negative review will get someone’s attention finally!!!!! I took my car in for a recall, they replaced a fuel line. When I got it home I could smell gas. I couldn't find the leak and put it off. When I took it in they said I waited to long. The leak is another fuel When I got it home I could smell gas. I couldn't find the leak and put it off. When I took it in they said I waited to long. The leak is another fuel line right next to the one they replaced. The part is unbendable and can break very easily. It would break if you drop a tool or put your hand on it. It's my word against theirs. Then ,they charged me 170.00 dollars to diagnose the leak, and it probably took 5 minutes to find. Next, they wanted to charge me 850.00 dollars to replace a 50 dollar line that would take 10 min to replace. More
My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. Very comfortable and reassuring for me to continue to use KIA PRESCOTT VALLEY on 5600 E Market St, More

Knowing that dealerships are generally pushy and pricey, I was hesitant. However, I was not treated as a number and treated with respect. T.J. was very professional and gave me helpful advice. My tires were worn and he showed me several options to take and considered my budget. Personally, I would recommend Kia Liberty at Earnhardt and felt well taken care of. More
I took my car in for new radiator hoses and A/C check. They called and said my brakes were bad, even though I had driven the car for 4 years with no brake problems. I said to go ahead and replace the pad They called and said my brakes were bad, even though I had driven the car for 4 years with no brake problems. I said to go ahead and replace the pads and machine rotors. Pad cost was 150% higher than NAPA. They started vibrating after 11 weeks. I took it back. They said I need new rotors. Four months later they started vibrating again. They said they had to resurface the rotors. Over $500 later. They said they wore out so fast because I kept my foot on the brake and I should go into 2nd gear going downhill. I have been driving stick shift cars for over 40 years and NEVER keep my foot on the brake. This is pure xxxxxxxx! from overpriced crooks. More
