Awful!! Do not buy from them!! We were promised that the truck we bought had key fobs but it turns out it in fact did not. So when it was delivered to us joe said he promised he We were promised that the truck we bought had key fobs but it turns out it in fact did not. So when it was delivered to us joe said he promised he would pay for them. But we never saw a dime for it. $175 later. Also when the truck arrived the windshield fluid wouldn’t spray. Joe also said that his boss promises that he will take care of it so we got it fixed and sent you guys the bill and surprise never received a dime for that either. We also had to get the front brakes replaced within a week of owning the truck and it was the works. So that was $900 and we never received a dime for that also. Plus Joe stopped responding to any text of call that I have sent him. So no I will not ever refer anyone to them. In fact I felt that I needed to write a new review about how awful it was to receive a truck with so many issues after spending Over $50k on a truck! More

Look extremely closely and if they lie one time, walk. I’m not so sure the type of vehicles that are sold here are equivalent to the name sake of the organization. That is, there’s not much prestige in the vehicles that I have looked at nor in the way I have been dealt with. To start I’ve been lied to at least four times. I was told that I’d be called back and guaranteed times I would be called back, three times, nobody ever returned my call. Then there was A story made up regarding one of the instances on the Carfax report. Then I was told that they would fill up the tank with gas as part of our deal. I drove home with less than a half a tank. I always wondered why trucks were more expensive in Pennsylvania to their counterparts in Ohio. Now I understand why. It seems like, at least at this dealership, the bare minimum is done to prep a vehicle. I was sent out with the vehicle on which the tires were at the wear-marks (and when I showed them they were not willing to do anything about it). Talking to another customer in the showroom if they wouldn’t have had them put up the Honda that they were looking at on the lift for him to inspect it they might’ve left with bushings completely worn, and a few other elements that he had told me about that were pretty important safety issues. Now, I will say this to be fair because the customer found them they did repair those things. But I have to wonder if the customer would never been as thorough in their own dealings with this vehicle would those things have ever been fixed? And the reason that we purchased the truck anyways was because of the Carfax report showed that the previous owners had taken very good care of this vehicle. It’s just a shame that the same had not happened at the dealership we purchased it from. So the moral of the story is this, If you’re going to purchase a vehicle from this company take it on an extensive test drive, take it to your mechanic if you can, and have them put it up on the lift. Invest as much time as you need to to really look them over. Another interesting thing we were there for 7 1/2 hours. We walked in the door, I stood within 6 feet of two individuals neither of them looked up and said hello or anything to me. I actually had to send a text message to the person that was sitting 6 feet for me to let them know I was there. We had only looked at two vehicles that day and our financing had already been approved on the one, so the amount of time that we were there was absolutely unacceptable. What we’ve learned from this other than the things that I’ve stated above is that my wife and I personally will never do business here again. And to be completely honest I should have, after the first lie, never gone back there and looked at the vehicles. They just happen to have a vehicle that was within a reasonable price range where we knew we could afford it. But that vehicle now, I had to buy four tires and replace wheel bearings. The wheelbearings would have been difficult to notice even on a short test drive. It wasn’t until we were on our way home and I discovered that there was a grinding noise coming through the wheels to the gas pedal. Which we’ve now discovered are the wheel bearings. You be the judge, I just wanted to leave an honest review I’m not calling anybody names that’s not fair but our experience is as stated above. More
