Ok, it's been a whole week today since I purchased my second newly pre- certified pre-owned vehicle from Henry Flakes at Prestige. This Cadillac dealer is the worst. I've taken my XT4 in 8 times for service. They will not address my concerns and the alleged dealer owner who wouldn't provide her name to me, and she I've taken my XT4 in 8 times for service. They will not address my concerns and the alleged dealer owner who wouldn't provide her name to me, and she wouldn't look me in my eyes when I talked to her. They have ordered an airbag and an OnStar module. I don't trust them to complete the repairs. Please help me GM. More

THE WORST SALES PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I Inquired about a car that was advertised on the Cadillac website for $46,605. I called the dealership to purchase it and they said I could only purchase it f about a car that was advertised on the Cadillac website for $46,605. I called the dealership to purchase it and they said I could only purchase it for that price if I worked for GM. I asked why they advertised it for that price if that wasn't the actual price. They said they always advertise employee pricing in Michigan, but if your'e not an employee the price is $51,000. I asked them to honor the price they advertised and they literally were rude and said thats not gonna ever happen. I asked to speak with a manager and Brent Buttrety said no he's going to tell you the same thing. I didn't care, I wanted to speak to him. so the manager called back and was extremely rude and when I asked for the number of the person I could speak to at "Cadillac " he would not give it to me and then hung up on me. HOW DO SALES PEOPLE LIKE THIS EXIST!!! They false advertise and treat you horribly when you call them out. I am embarrassed for Cadillac I have a deposit on a Mercedes Benz and had second thoughts and thought I would give Cadillac a shot, but trust me its worth the extra money to deal with a classy dealership. These guys are rude, mean, hateful and completely unprofessional. If I'm getting this type of "service" before I buy, I can only imagine how awful it would be after the sale is made... Cadillac, do something to save your image, these guys are going to ruin your business. More
