The new car manager Paul was a blessing in disguise I thought the price would be outrageous and I would have had to haggle all day long. Paul made my day by coming back with pricing that was amazing and affordable. Every experience I had at Prestige was great, from the other staff to even their service guys in passing were fantastic. Excellent Customer Service Across the Board! I was brought to Prestige Cadillac by a friend. When I walked in I was greeted by several friendly staff asking if I needed any assistance, we already I was brought to Prestige Cadillac by a friend. When I walked in I was greeted by several friendly staff asking if I needed any assistance, we already had a sales person we were coming to see. As we walked through the dealership it was clean and the continued friendliness was there. The deal was discussed and was by far the best deal I had seen after visiting several other dealers. Paul and his staff made sure we were happy with our purchase and if there was anything additional he needed to do he would have done it. We did have to bring the vehicle in for a minor issue, the dealership picked up and returned the vehicle right to our front door. Our satisfaction with Prestige allowed us to return and purchase a 2nd vehicle in less than 6 months. Very Happy Consumer with Prestige going above and beyond. More
