Attentive and Concerned. My first experience with this dealership three years ago was less than stellar. Problem on top of problem on top of problem. Calls not returned, etc My first experience with this dealership three years ago was less than stellar. Problem on top of problem on top of problem. Calls not returned, etc. I received a call from Jackson a month or so ago and I pretty much blew him off. I then began receiving emails from Ashley in the internet sales department, on 2 occasions she said that Jared would call me and he never did.. I just decided to walk in off the street to see what would happen as a "cold caller". Wow! Has that dealership changed! Tony Sigfid was amazing, he even bought a soda for myself and my daughter with his own funds. Maybe not a bit deal to you, but I was very impressed by this. The Sales Manager even came over to talk to use to assure us they would try to regain my trust. (The original story is just too long and too gruesome to go into. Let's just say that they have done a complete 180 degree shift and the change is outstanding. Would I direct someone to Prestige? I can now answer with a resounding "YES"! More
