The after service follow up is poor. I schedule an oil change and recall service on November 9th 2023. But they can't complete the recall because they don't have the part. I tried to explained to the service department person (Melissa) about the nature of my call, she (Melissa) has no desire to assist me with my recall. All she said was "You are on the waiting list, someone will call you when the part come in."
