I live five minutes from 215 Desert Chrysler. Their service department is so convoluted and chaotic that I drove to the other side of town 30 minutes away to get my truck serviced at Prestige. The after service follow up is poor. I schedule an oil change and recall service on November 9th 2023. But they can't complete the recall because they don't have the part. I called on January 12 2024 to follow up with the recall service. I tried to explained to the service department person (Melissa) about the nature of my call, she (Melissa) has no desire to assist me with my recall. Never asked me my name, Info about my Jeep, when I took my jeep in for service, what kind of parts I was waiting in order to complete the recall. All she said was "You are on the waiting list, someone will call you when the part come in." I am really curious how she knows what kind of part or which recall service I was waiting for without asking me a simple question which is my name ? More

The minute the service dept manager mockingly tried to act like he knew better than me was the minute his xxx got smacked back down to reality. Go take your congested xxx back to your office and stfu. I do not do well with the attempted undermining of an individual that looks stupid from the first 5 words that come out of his mouth, as well as someone trying to assert authoritarianism when I make more $$ than he does and know more info about my vehicle than he clearly does.
