Tough to get service I love my Jeep and bought the extended warranty. I think that is where they get you. You can never get through to book an appointment. I actually paid $200 for my last service elsewhere because I couldn’t get through. When calling you are in a perpetual loop hitting 2 for service with no one answering. If the gal does answer it’s like you are inconveniencing her. Trying to get into service when you finally get an appointment is hard. No room long waits. Don’t really listen to what you need. Please change things to help your customers who buy from you. Everyone in the area and waiting all frustrated with the same thing. More

Terrible service Service Advisor left and never put my vehicle in for service even though I had an appointment at 7am. Numerous texts and phone calls to the Service Ad Service Advisor left and never put my vehicle in for service even though I had an appointment at 7am. Numerous texts and phone calls to the Service Advisor resulted in no responses. Calls to the dealer were useless also. I had to return to the dealer and speak to another Service Advisor who finally scheduled my vehicle 4 hours after my original appointment to get the work done. More

Worst Dealer I Have Ever Encountered We made an appointment for out 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a check engine light. My wife showed up on time at 8:00am the morning of the 12th. The s We made an appointment for out 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a check engine light. My wife showed up on time at 8:00am the morning of the 12th. The service advisor with a smart alec tone of voice told her that her car wouldn't be seen till Wednesday the 14th. She asked him why would she make an appointment on the 12th if her car wasn't going to be seen till later. He replied "You made that appointment to see me" like he was somebody special and I should be grateful that he would take the time to talk to her. This was only what happened in the first 10 minutes. Mi wife called the next day and the Jeep still hasn't been seen. She asked to speak to the manager and the same service advisor said he wasn't there. My wife at this point went to the dealer and demanded her car back. On her way out she saw the manager walking by but did not talk to him. So he lied that the manager was there. This is the first Chrysler product I have purchased and will most likely be the last because of this encounter. We have always been treated great at Ford. Now my wife went without a car for a day and a half and still has the check engine light on. What a joke. More
