We took our 1500 Ram truck into Prestige for a repair on the front wheel. They diagnosed in about 2 hours and called to let us know what it was and it could be picked up the same day. Last month we took the truck to Sahara Dodge for the same problem. It took them 7 days to diagnose it and then called to say there was nothing wrong with it. Big difference in dealships. We bought our truck thru Sahara but have always had problems getting anything done. The worst is a guy named Daniel with dark curly hair. He is cocky and disrespectful, with the worst follow thru I have ever encountered. Stay away from Sahara Dodge for anything, totally encomputant. More

Had the worst experience possible when I needed to bring my car in for service. I had a light come on my dashboard in my Jeep stating that I needed service for my electric hybrid system. Took it into Presti my car in for service. I had a light come on my dashboard in my Jeep stating that I needed service for my electric hybrid system. Took it into Prestige for service. Did not get any calls for several days regarding what was wrong with my car. I had to call them several times to try to get updates on my car and NEVER got calls back. Ultimately I had to go through the service director to finally get an answer for what my car needed. Took 3 weeks for them to finally get the part they needed. In the meantime, I had to constantly call for updates or else I would never know what was wrong with my car. Then, I finally got my car back and realized 2 expensive items were STOLEN from my car!!! I called the service director and was told he was going to look into it and get back to me the following day. 3 days later and still NO REPSONSE. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS! YOU WILL NEVER GET COMMUNICATED WITH ABOUT YOUR CAR AND STUFF WILL GET STOLEN OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE!!! I will never get another car from them again OR ever take my car there for service. More
