Just was informed that my 22 order was not moved to a 23 order that the out source there customers orders and was kicked out of the system communication is very poor I would not recommend them at all!!! And for all the positive reviews wonder how they got on there payroll guess it would explain why they can't afford to have an employee to tend to the customers orders and why it's out sourced and gets kicked out of the queue. Dishonest sales manager. Promises one price then raises it over $8k. When questioned was vulgar and rude. I am sorry to say that my service experience with my F150 Hybrid was anything but pleasant. I made my appointment weeks in advance and brought it in on a Friday as planned, my service advisor was Larry. The Hybrid was anything but pleasant. I made my appointment weeks in advance and brought it in on a Friday as planned, my service advisor was Larry. They did not even look at until sometime late the following Monday. I was not able reach anyone for days having left Larry at least 4 voicemails to get information on its status! I literally had to go into the dealership twice and speak to the service manager who had no idea who I was, and what my vehicle was each time! I understand waiting for parts as was the case, but the TOTAL LACKOF COMMUNICATION and the feeling that nobody could car less really infuriated me. I eventually did leave a message for the GM who did get back to me but that's how bad it was.. I had to get the GM involved! After I picked up the truck and as I am driving it home I noticed a Large piece of Trim Molding just laying on the floor that went on the passenger side of the center console. I had to figure out how to put it on myself as I was NEVER bringing my truck back to them! My advice, stay away from this dealers service department! More

Tok my 2022 ranger in fir an oil change in September of 2022. At pick up we were told they needed to fix my rear view mirror it was faulty and they would order the part. As of February 25,2023 they still have not ordered the part. The new dealership that is actually fixing the truck can't put my rear view mirror under warranty now since prestige broke it. Prestige has yet to return one phone call since January. My husband stopped on 2/25/2023 to find out if anyone works there and why they truck isn't fixed only to.learn the part was never ordered. Would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Worst customer service ever! I didn't even want to give them a star! More
