I dealt with Mike Sorenson, the service manager. He does his best to try and blow steam up me. I was asking him about the new 997. He said that is a really great car. Going on and on about how he had a test his best to try and blow steam up me. I was asking him about the new 997. He said that is a really great car. Going on and on about how he had a test car for a couple months. Then I asked how it would compare to the 996. He flat out said that it had nothing on it and wouldn't even touch a 996. The handling was poor.When this was going on we were standing in front of my 01 996. I would think that he wouldnt talk bad about the previous generation 911 from PORSCHE. I think that they should get someone else in there to manage the service dept. Rick Schneider and Billy Lindauer do a GREAT job. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Don't talk to Mike Sorenson, he does a poor job More
