I! tied to reach the service department 5 times in an hour. Each time a virtual assistant answered and when I finally tried to get a person l was asked to leave a message. I drove an hour with my father to test drive a Toyota Supra only to be met by the sales manager who would barely speak to me let alone take this car for a test drive. That’s a really interesting way to do business. I’m a 24 year old trying to buy my dream car and instead received a judgement of my character. I will show my funds to the next dealer, Horrible experience. One last good one for you, this sales manager told me “none of my employees have driven this car.” Are any of your employees buying this car?! I found this entire experience insulting. More
