The sales person we had was a very nice young man just starting in the business, he had no help or guidance in dealing with our situation. We started out asking him if we could even get financing on a us starting in the business, he had no help or guidance in dealing with our situation. We started out asking him if we could even get financing on a used car for our daughter, as our credit is less than perfect. We picked out a car and filled out the credit application, He returned to us with a percentage rate and a payment amount that we were ok with. We specifically asked more than twice if we were approved and the answer was "Yes". As we proceeded to discuss the trade in our sales person had to constantly go in and out of PJ's office, we were kept waiting for long periods of time. We made an apt to return the next day with our trade in and when we arrived at the time of the appointment, we were left waiting for another 1/2 hour. The car we wanted said "certified pre owned" which tells me the car had been checked out before the sticker was put on it. Only to find out the car needed new brakes and rotors plus some other minor repairs. How can a dealership put that sticker on a car without ever inspecting the car? Buyer beware we are now told they do it all the time. Things just got worse from there, lots more waiting for the infamous PJ to come speak to us, we told our sales person we had to be somewhere else by a certain time, and we were still left sitting alone at the desk while PJ was suppossed to come talk. When PJ finally did arrive it was to give us a list of items he needed so he can "start" to work on the financing, all this came out after they got the $500 deposit from us they were after. The trade in amount came in as we expected, lower than it should have been, but what do you expect from a shady dealership? All in all, PJ called us 2 days later to say we had to put more money down on the car in order for him to secure financing. When it was suggested he give us more on our trade he was not interested and became very nasty on the phone. We are still waiting for our deposit check to be returned to us and will never do busines with PRESTIGE TOYOTA in KINGSTSON NY again. It is sad the owner probably isn't aware his staff is so rude. Of course PJ is probably the owners son or family member, when we asked to speak to someone above him we were told he was the big boss! More

I was expecting usual xx from sales, but was pleasantly surprised with quickly moving and to the point conversation, good offer on trade-in and great price on the Camry, that I wanted. Maximizing on time, with no push with extras, we had a deal in less then 1 hour and that was with a test drive. Bus. Manager PJ also very efficient and again mentioned extras but with no push got all the paper work done. I was doing actual pickup on another day at 3:30pm ( time slot that me and PJ agreed on ) I was at dealer at 3pm, but PJ met me at 4:30pm or so that day. Another minor complaint is that I have not received my registration stickers yet - with DMV telling me that dealer have no submit my plate transfer yet. Calling PJ who was suppose to do this xfer just got me his voice mail with no return calls... This could have been my most perfect car buying experience ... if it was not for car plates which I'm still trying to resolve - and waiting time when specific time was assigned and my contact number left with PJ ... I've been looking for a Certified Used Camry or Corolla for 2 months. Went to a few dealers in my area (Albany/Saratoga), typical dealer crap - overpriced used vehicles and lots of head games. I found for 2 months. Went to a few dealers in my area (Albany/Saratoga), typical dealer crap - overpriced used vehicles and lots of head games. I found Prestige on Edmunds when I expanded my search area. Prestige prices were well below any other dealer, and they were well below the Edmunds True Market Value prices as well. It was clear that because their prices were so low, there would not be much haggling or "going to ask my manager". I called Prestige to find out about Toyota Certified financing and qualified, and made an appointment with Susan. While getting the info off their website about the Camrys I wanted to see, this Scion XB popped up, and although I had no interest before, for some reason this vehicle made my list of 3 cars. Drove almost 2 hours to get down there, and met Susan. She is the nicest, most friendly, genuine salesperson I've ever met at a dealership. Because I'd done a lot of homework and knew what I wanted and needed, we were able to talk about the specific vehicles. I saw the XB on the lot and I was sold. I took the XB and a Camry for drives, and the Camry was lovely but the XB won, hands down. Susan was professional, approachable, personable, had a sense of humor, and did all the paperwork without any surprises. We were so comfortable with her. George came in, and I braced for some kind of hard upsell, but he was also more terrific than I could have asked for. He gave us good information about the XB that made us sure we made the right purchase. Both Susan and George seemed to want to make sure we'd made the right purchase. We made the deal on Saturday, and tonight - Monday - we went down to pick up the car. Susan was putting the plates on, in the pouring rain, and I know she she stayed there late (7:30) to meet with us. We chatted while waiting for George, and Susan was simply great at making us feel comfortable for 30 minutes. F&I George finished up his previous deal and came to meet us; and I was again on the defense - everything had gone so well, how could the last part NOT be some kind of Undercoating Nightmare? Well, shame on me. Our Certified vehicle comes with various good things and protections. George showed us what more we could purchase and at what prices. There was nothing insulting or shaming or hard-nosed about it. We did choose to purchase a less expensive plan - that for $1 a day covers so much. George was a perfect gentleman, so nice, so easy-going. And that was that. Susan had waited on us another 30 minutes to see us out, and she made sure I had her cell phone number in case I had any trouble or questions on the 2 hour ride (in the pouring rain) home. Dear Husband and I will be looking for another vehicle in a bit, and we will not go anywhere else but Prestige. I hope Susan and George are still there. More
sales Manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional.Treated like dirt.Absolutely no respect and unfriendly dealership. The sales representative was respectful. He was scared of negotiatin unprofessional.Treated like dirt.Absolutely no respect and unfriendly dealership. The sales representative was respectful. He was scared of negotiating pricing from my view with his Female Sales Manager who absolutely looked intimidating to him.She told him out right she was not discounting the car by a dime and did not care about us driving far to get to their dealership. They were also going to give me not quite half of my trade in.They looked at me like a Foreigner with an accent.Would recommend people with accent to stay away from this dealership so as not to get ripped off.Very disappointed that at this day and age people still treat others with so much disrespect. Very shady dealings with service agreements. When buying was told one thing then years later was told another. Never the same employee in finance office so their line seems to be "Well I don't know what you was told one thing then years later was told another. Never the same employee in finance office so their line seems to be "Well I don't know what you were told because I was not here at the time" or "it was not me that sold you this". Also they now want me to talk to the underwriters Zurich. I bought this agreement from them not zurich. they deal with Zuirich so theu should call them and get this straightened out. More
Our sales representative, Cara was excellent. She did an excellent job selling us the Prius. We had no trade in , were paying cash and were ready to buy. When it came to negotiations,we waited alot of time o excellent job selling us the Prius. We had no trade in , were paying cash and were ready to buy. When it came to negotiations,we waited alot of time on two separate occasions while she spent time in an other part of the dealership consulting with the manager. We brought paperwork from Consumers report on the suggested price of the vehicle. We would have accepted a compromise on the difference of the Consumer price and what they had quoted us. The manager would not budge. They told us to go to other dealers to see if we could get a better price, then come back and they would try to match it. That evening I emailed another dealer in our area , who responded immediately with an on-line quote that was four-hundred less than what Prestige was giving us. Cara did a great job, but the manager did a poor job. More
I was on my way home from Kinston to pick up my wife and go sign papers on a new car. As I was heading across the bridge a KIA commercial came over the radio. When I picked up my wife we made a quick trip go sign papers on a new car. As I was heading across the bridge a KIA commercial came over the radio. When I picked up my wife we made a quick trip to Prestige KIA. Robert Rolleri met us at the 2011 KIA Sorento and I informed him that we are headed to sign papers on a new car across the river. I told him the deal needs to be better than the one we already have. He gave us the keys to the Sorento, told us to take the ride make sure we like it and he will have numbers when we return. When all the dealing was done Robert did us better on price and the car beat the one we were planning on buying. Needless to say we now have a 2011 KIA Sorento. Thanks Robert and Prestige More
We spent a great deal of time looking for a used mini-van with low miles, in great shape and in our price range. Prestige's Kia dealership had more options than any other dealer we visited, and Robert really with low miles, in great shape and in our price range. He was friendly, and informed and showed us exactly what we wanted without a hard sell. Robert sold us a great car for a great price, I can't wait to buy a second Kia from him! More
The 1996 Jeep we purchased as 'Certified Used' from Prestige Toyota in 1999 recently needed to be replaced (14 years later) so we returned to Prestige to purchase another vehicle. Before our visit we r Prestige Toyota in 1999 recently needed to be replaced (14 years later) so we returned to Prestige to purchase another vehicle. Before our visit we researched makes, models, prices, etc, online and decided on a Toyota Highlander. Rob Rolleri was our salesman. He was excellent - very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Rob walked us thru all features of the Highlander we purchased explaining how each worked and took the time to answer all our questions. He ensured our buying process went smoothly. Rob also followed up with a customer satisfaction call. Everyone we met throughout the purchase process was very courteous and friendly as well. We love the Highlander! Thanks to Rob for a very pleasant buying experience. More

I happened to be at the dealership one day and one particular used white van had caught my eye. I went to get some information about it and was met by Robert Rolleri. He was very happy, helpful and not pushy. Within the days to follow, our visits to the dealership were informative and relaxing. Robert was very patient with all of my questions ! In fact, other sales staff were helpful too. They nicely directed us where to find coffee and tea and of course, restrooms ! Our overall experience was great. We truly enjoyed working with Rob. In my opinion, he was not only professional, but honest. The purchase of a vehicle is a big deal for us, because it is a big investment. I would never have wanted to meet someone who made me feel that he/she was just out to make a sale. Thank you, Rob. More
