I am sorry you feel this way. After reviewing all of the information, it appears that the employee you dealt with is and has been employed here for years. We have never received a complaint of this nature about this employee, or any of our other finance managers. Our service department honored the maintenance program you purchased for 15,000 miles after it expired at a cost to the dealership. The warranty that was purchased is, and always has been, in effect. Both have been honored as clearly stated on the contracts signed at the date of purchase. We have provided all promised services as described and then some as a gesture of good faith. I feel that our staff has gone the extra mile and been more than accomodating in this matter. I apologize that you do not feel the same.
