Robert's knowledge of the vehicle we chose was outstanding. Robert worked with us, explaining every step of the way and impressed us with his ability to make our purchase financially possible. We were very pleased when Robert took the time to show us around the service department where several questions were answered by the service manager. We were also pleased by the ease with which Business Manager Elizabeth Shapiro handled the paperwork. My wife and I were amazed that we were able to drive away with a new Camry at 3:30pm the same day! More

Our salesman Frank Matos was easy to talk to and informative. He understood our need both in type of car and price. He arranged the deal to our satisfaction. Also, he went out of his way to pick us up and bring us to the dealership on the day of settlement as we had no transportation. I liked the trust they had in us at payment time because our insurance had not yet compensated us so we had to pay with personal checks and credit card and they did not demand cashier checks. More
