A teriffic car buying experience! I've bought two cars from Prestige in the past five years. The sales staff is great - friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Never pushy or overbearing. Working with Rob was really great! I appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and that he never pressured me in any way. He really made me feel Prestige greatly appreciates my business. I searched the internet for a white 2010 Rav4 and found one in Wappinger Falls, NY. I set up an appointment to go there and check it out as I had my heart set on a white sport. On my way there, I thought I would stop in Kingston's Prestige Toyota and check out what Rav4's were available and test drive one as I had never driven a Rav4 before. When I stopped at Prestige Toyota, I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesperson named Rob asking me if I was being helped. Rob took lots of time with me showing me all of the features in the Rav4 and answering all my questions. We then took a demo out for a test drive. He told me to take it out by myself but I asked him to ride along with me and I was glad I did. He took that time to point out even more features of the Rav which I never would have noticed such as the '0 blind spots' while driving. When we got back to the office Rob took the time to show me the entire Prestige facility, offered me refreshments and introduced me to some of the other staff there as well. I felt like I was a celebrity or at least someone important! I told Rob I was headed to Wappingers Falls to look at a white Rav as Prestige did not have one in stock and Wappingers Falls did. Long story short, Rob had his people try to find what I was looking for and they found out the white Rav in Wappingers Falls was sold!!!! Rob he told me not to worry - he would find one. The very next day I received a phone call from Prestige telling me they had found the vehicle and it would be there that afternoon. Now that's service!!! Needless to say, I fell in love with both the Rav4 and Prestige Toyota and purchased the Rav4. Rob moved all of my personal belongings from my old car into the new, making sure nothing was forgotten. He again, went over all of the features in the Rav and where everything was. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, never have I ever been treated with such thoughtful attention and patience as I did in Prestige Toyota!!! On my long drive home as I was enjoying my Rav and listening to music I noticed something tucked in one of the storage places in the dash .... a new pack of gum. Yes I smiled .... it was like checking into a Hilton, having the sheets turned down and getting chocolates on your pillow. Thank you Rob and thank you Prestige! More

Had a written quote which the dealership did not honor. Raised the price when I came in to purchase. THEN raised the price again when the car was delivered. Went looking for a Rav4 to take advantage of the cash for clunkers program. Robert greeted me and although this is a very difficult automobile to find due to its great ratings we set out to find one. After test driving one that I would have purchased( it had been previously sold) they were able to locate one and qualify me for the program. It was very interesting as the cash for clunkers program ended suddenly with only about 24 hours notice. The Dealership went above and beyond to get everything done in time including the sales manager submitting paperwork at 3am. The joys of dealing with the Fed Government. Any way, They did it and we are enjoying our Rav4. PS The service Dept does a excellent job as well. The is the second auto we have purchased from Prestige. Keep up the good work More

George took the time to go over every option available to me so that I could make the best decision possible. He explained everything and even answered my off the wall "what if" questions. Once we decided ona plan we moved on to working with Elizabeth Sahpiro on the financing. Again, every option was given and every effort made to give me the best deal for a price I could afford. When I came into the dealership to buy a new truck, I was surprised (and very happy) to see Robert. I had bought a used VW New Beetle from him when he was employed at Heart Chevrolet in Kingston, and he trea surprised (and very happy) to see Robert. I was greeted by name when I entered Prestige (he hadn't seen me in over a year!), he remembered details about my previous purchase, etc. My new car purchase at Toyota could not have been a better experience. I was treated respectfully, courteously, and professionally. All aspects of the transaction were smooth and as expected - no surprises. My vehicle was ready when promised, sotlessly clean, and everything promised was delivered. I think I'll find out where Robert is working before I buy my next vehicle, so I can leave feeling that I was treated honestly and with fairness. He's the best! More
